News: Development of the Right Y and T piece application has started. A heavily requested application by full version users and sheet metal workers. The TINK application allowed the pattern development of an oblique Y piece but a right Y piece has allows you to mitre circular hollow section which is useful for the heavy pipe boys and is generally much easier to make than the oblique Y. By setting the branch angle to zero then the geometry becomes a right T piece which is very useful for pipe welders who need a template to scallop and hole the pipes.

The right tee piece is a popular development especially for pipe welders because it makes it easier to pierce the hole into the branch with a template to follow. If hole is not perfect then it makes the welding much more difficult. From figure XX the void created by the 2 patterns is the hole pattern.
